I needed a chimney cap replaced recently. I had a very nice young man come by and examine my chimney for damage or cleaning. He had a camera which showed him where some water damage was and that the chimney was already cleaned by the previous owner. He gave me several options and I would recommend this company for any fireplace or chimney concerns you may have.
